It may take a little while to get an appointment, but Dean is hands down the best plumber in the area! His secretary Nicole is pleasant and quick to help over the phone!
They seldom answer the phone. Guy who claimed to be the owner came to the house in a white beat up rusty van with some other companies name and number on it. He didn't even wear a company shirt just dressed like a bum. Thought it was a scam as used to see nice red trucks with the companies real name on it. Almost called the police. You can't do this in this day and age with all the scam people out of the phone book or internet ads. Charges $120 just to give an estimate and never called ect back with the estimate. Charges big bucks but don't look like big bucks. They don't seem to want your business.
I actually would like to give Witvoet thumbs down and no STARS. I contacted Witvoet and spoke with Nicole on Tuesday, January 16th and was informed that there were no appointments until Friday, January 19th. She could not give me a specific time, but informed me that the plumber would call the morning of and give me a window with his antipated arrival.......... which never happened. The office was contacted at approximately 11:00 am, recorder that they were out of the office, and at 1:30 pm at which time Nicole stated that she would contact the plumber and call be right back......... which again didnt happen. I phoned Witvoet a third time at 3:00 pm and Nicole acted surprised that I had not heard from the plumber and mentioned that she would call him again. I finally received a call at 4:30 pm from the plumber who was very apologetic and asked if he could come on Saturday or Sunday, which I found unacceptable, since I had waited and wasted my entire day with a stopped up kitchen sink. Witvoet proved that they do not value customers, unprofessional, inconsiderable and have no respect for their customers time. I would have been much more tolerable if they would have been open, honest and communicated with me at an earlier time within the day.

The work was done carefully and well. You don't mind paying for a job well done and the price was very reasonable
