Flo-Maxx was amazing. The plumber tied to my home warranty was slow to respond and not acting professionally. I called Flo-Maxx and their operator was professional, clear, called me by name and was awesome. Then, the tech Martin was great. Friendly, smart, answered my questions, quoted a great price, did a fantastic job. I am SO psyched to have found a plumbing company this awesome. I will be recommending to all my friends and calling them if I have ANY plumbing needs at all.
Martin & Davis was so nice and showed much respect. They did a great job in such of a short time.
Last year this company replaced the main clean-out on my home. They gave me the best price and their work was far superior to any other Plumbing company I have ever used. The workers did not waste a minute of time and their boss should be proud they worked above and beyond the Call of Duty. These workers were truly able to supervise their selves. Nobody had to tell them to get to work. Like I said they didn't waste a bit of time on the job. Today I called Flomax because my toilet would not flush. They said they would not be to get to it until tomorrow. I said that I really needed somebody today. They told me I would have somebody between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. to help me. I called them at 9 a.m., at 9:30 a.m. I received a call that they were on their way. They arrived at 10 a.m. David and Martin used shoe covers coming in and out of my house. And they had the job done within 20 minutes once again going above and beyond the Call of Duty and the price was as good as any other company. Thank you Flomax. I will use you again when in need. First of importance was the punctuality of starting, it was right on the money. I was not informed, expect service to start with a window of three (3) to (4) hours.
