Have been with the company for just 3 months. It's so bad I don't know where to start. Day one got charged a $210 trailer fee and didn't have possession of trailer nor did I have a load. Paper work incomplete (not on my part) so I sat. Dispatchers simply will not answer phones or return calls, apparently it is a company practice it's the standard around the country with each terminal. When you do speak with dispatch it likely that what they do tell you is in untruthful.Taking 1 load every 7 days or so and spend the rest of the time sitting, calling, and emailing with no response. With permit and trailer fees it's like paying to take their loads instead of the other way around.Most of the loads pay very low, if there are better paying ones I haven't had one in the 3 months here. Most are $1 or less. Lots of hazmat loads. Extremely rude employees at terminals. Have yet to come across more than one polite person in the entire operation. I could go on. I'm working diligently to contract my truck elsewhere as I have given Road Runner LTL enough time to turn this thing around. For your own sanity and financial stability look elsewhere.
The dispatchers are great, the drivers are great, the pay is more than fair, definitely a great company to work AND drive for!
I Would give it 0 stars but won't let me horrible service with this company, don't recommend this to anyone Michael Stark was very rude and unprofessional. I rather pay 300$ extra to person next door to take my load then this company!!!!
