Horrible place to stay. Very dirty room. None of the towels in the room were clean, they all had hairs stuck to them. The tub had mold. All the doors and walls had stains that could have been cleaned if properly serviced. Bathroom faucet was very difficult to turn to get water to flow... But the worst part is the horrible, unprofessional service. The only decent person at this establishment was a very helpful and friendly black lady. The rest of the crew are jerks who don't let you speak, they yell over you while they argue with you. Not only am I leaving this negative review but I'm also going to file a complaint with Choice Hotels. This is the worst experience I've ever had with them. I'm never going back to this hell hole.
You get what you pay for. The rooms were clean, the sheets were clean. However outside was a different story. Loud people and cars in the middle of the night, and a lot of cops around.
Have to say Im glad I didnt pay much for this place, I needed a place that had a laundry room for my wife so she could have clean clothes for her next run. At first the walls looked like it had blood on it, after further review Im hoping its pizza sauce. I better not get charged for the condition of the room, because it was filthy before we even checked into it.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT get a room here! It's so disgusting! The walls are SO bad looks like they never cleaned the room, looks like someone tried breaking the door down a couple of times, and the pictures online are not even close to what it looks like in the room. The worse ''hotel'' I've ever been in! I booked this hotel in advance due to a concert in Tinley Park (Every hotel in the area was booked or the decent rooms ran about $200 a night) so we HAD to stay at this nasty hotel since I booked it online and paid for it already BEFORE seeing the room and they "didn't have a manager to talk to" till 12Aam how convenient right! In the beginning we got moved to another room (thinking it was going to be better but it was even more disgusting) and the next day we woke up ITCHING LIKE CRAZY I just knew we all got bit by bed bugs!!! Hopefully people read this before purchasing the hotel.
The pictures are stock photos. Complete horrible. King size bed was a full size bed. AC and both lamps were broken. WiFi didn't work. $5 extra for TV remote but why bother when the TV fuzzy life 70s rabbit ears TV. I'm nit sure what month or year they cleaned the room.
