Very enjoyable celebration for Mom's 80th birthday party
It was horrible! The night manager was very mean and rude! I came in as a glam stylist for a female celebrity who had a last minute stay at this hotel! Upon my arrival i went to the front desk to let them know what room i was visiting. I was then told he had to call the room. When he called he informed my client she had to come out to speak with me because their policy is no visitors allowed. She explained it was an emergency situation and i wouldnt be staying long, 30 mins tops!( im a nail tech and was only their to fix a broken nail.. 1 broken nail!!!) He agreed to allow me up to her room. Once in the room (after 10 mins) while working on the client he began to call the room phone asking when i was going to leave. He was informed i was almost done.. However this did not satisfy him! He continued to call not even 3 mins later ( we finally stopped answering the phone) beginning to be afraid of what he would do next, such as, call the police or have my car towed, i hurried and gathered my things to leave... My client walked me out and we stopped at the front desk to ask foe change because she wanted to pay for my services. When she went to ask him what was the issue as far as me visiting the room he pointed out they had a no visitor policy ( we understand .. Their house their rules). However it was not what he said it was how he said it!!! When my client asked " if i need a visitor what should i do?" His reply was " either see them in the lobby or stay somewhere else!" Again very sneed and rude.. At this point my client is getting upset because she paid for this room and service and he is being very rude and ignorant with her! She then in turn asked him if he could change a $100 bill for her.. Once again he replies in ignorance and states " i dont have change for you! Thats for paying customers!" She then replies " i am a paying customer..." He says " its not for you.. We have an atm machine. Use that!" So she goes to the little snack area to purchase snacks and says " i will just buy this" he says "no!" And REFUSES to sell her anything!!! At this point my client is hurt, upset and confused! She states" i have never been treated like this before in any establishment. I think i should just leave!" He says " fine with me!" My boss later confronts him about this behavior and he gets even ruder with her! However the joke was on him because she was recording him!! She also informed him of that and that we would be putting his nasty rudeness on the internet and all over social media!!! All of a sudden he grew quiet and had nothing else to say!!! Worst experience of my life!.. Now i understand they have rules and policies but he is the one who agrees to bend those rules... There was no nees for the degrading conversation and rudeness all three of us WOMEN experiences tonight with that front desk clerk! I do not recommend this place!
It looked really nice. There was an extra $50 deposit, which no hotel I've ever stayed in does that. They also included a NON complimentary breakfast. Another item I'm not used to. For as much as we paid, I thought that was crazy. Room was nice and smelled good. Water pressure was terrible and when you flushed it was the loudest and most high pitched scream I ever heard. Next time I'll stay somewhere else.
Great hotel, the check out staff was friendly and the room was wonderful! The bed was so clean and comfortable I didn't want to leave it.
There is no restaurant or bar. As I was so rudely informed by the swing shift Personnel that their Continental or full hot breakfast in the morning constitutes that they have a restaurant. Second of all I was also informed that because there was eating bar that constitutes having a bar so before visiting this establishment make sure you bring your dinner and your beverages because if you decide you want to buy a soda and a snack you have to spend at least $10 before they will help you
