They lady lied and said she couldnt find the machine to hook up to my car so we can understand why the check engine light was on. Then she turned to her xo worker asked and whispered more stuff so she wouldnt have to come outside. If I were into getting people fired I wouldve called corporate she so lucky I know the Lord.

I walked in asking about the screw for my license plates while on the her personal phone the woman behind the counter states get anyone. I finally grab one after standing there for 10 min and not a sole asked if I needed help. I asked if someone will be able to advise me how to put the screw on the plate she states with an attitude O we dont do that. At this point Im upset. Not only do you not help your clients whom you see struggling with a decision, you all dont assist in explaining or demonstrate how to use the product. I will NEVER shop her again. Autozone employees not only are hands on they really assist with solving problems. Horrible service today
