Worst customer service I called on 2/6 to ask about my account and she hung up on when all I was trying to do was get my pin I will be coming up there to report her to the store Manager As well as Metro reps that be coming and check on the store.... smh that girl needs to be checked hope I see her when I come in...
She was amazing took care of a problem I have been dealing with for months it took her 5 min she was so sweet the girls that work in the Indiana store should be fired it's sad I had to drive all the way to Chicago to get good service
Positives...the staff is generally pleasant and helpful. The plans are reasonable. My negatives...everything cost! There's nothing in place for loyal customers. One day late your phone is off. When you call customer service I personally have never spoken with someone that speaks or understands english clearly, Which is extremely frustrating.My phones aren't lasting. The volume went out on my last phone, prior to that screen failure. I just "purchased" my current phone mid March, and once again problems. I shouldn't have to purchase insurance or utilize insurance except if I drop my phone, or its stolen etc. I take excellent care of my phone yet it has major Problems and 6 months in that shouldn't be the case. Overall its just cost effective for me right now, but I don't want to remain with a company that doesn't value me as a long time consumer.
I like to say that i had such a wonderful experience with karen and mrs Mara they took the time out and spent at lease an hour helping me with my up grade, im not good at technology its been 3 years since ive been here and there service was the same excellent, thankyou people should always come to this location great service i love it thankyou.
Mara is a great person, very professional and helpful, helps me with everything with my phone and updates. I pass by 3 other metro pcs outlets just to get here and will come back.
