I've mainly experienced bad communication and long wait times at this location. 3 visits to refill a simple prescription have cost me hours of my time in line and on the phone trying to straighten things out. Nice people but poor customer service overall.
Pharmacy is really slow. Wanted me to wait 4 hours for a prescription that comes in a box. Don't even seen like have enough help.
Pharmacy just hung up on me and I usually have to wait average a day to receive prescriptions. I called my doctor's office to see what the issue was and they said they hadn't received any paperwork. I call back and a polite guy answered and said the pharmacist made the wrong notes in the wrong place. He transferred me and the pharmacist picked up and hung up after I was on hold for 20 min
