Very nice people!!! Nice, warm, clean bathrooms with HOT WATER!! WILL STOP IN HERE ANYTIME!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU NEED TO STOP WHILE TRAVELING FOR ANYTHING!!! EVEN TO REST, SAFELY!!!!
Tire shop is terrible, guys stand around and refusing to work. I sat in front of them and witnessed how they were turning work down one after the other. I have been here for 2 days for tires and rims , they just dont wanna work. Complain and complain about how cold it is, just The worst. Wish I could give them a 0. And I will never ever come back to this place. They should be ashamed of themselves. Hire better technicians, and people that actually want to come in and work instead of complaining the whole time.
I went there last Friday to fill my tires with air before the snow storm. I was having trouble with one of my tires; when I hooked up the pump air would come out but not go in. One of the employees noticed on the video camera I was experiencing some trouble at the air pump. They sent the mechanic out because of his experience he was able to get air into my tire. And then he had me drive around back and fixed the valve on my tire! I never received such great customer service at a convenience store/gas station in my entire life!
Love's is my favorite truck stop what can I say. It's pretty new and it's neat and clean. They have security here. The staff is friendly. They have a Hardee's inside and the service was excellent. Fresh food and any snacks or gadgets you for your truck. This area really needed this place. Glad that it's here. Love's is usually cheaper on gas and fuel also.
I love loves.But do not buy cigarettes here in Illinois they just made cigarette prices insane in this state. $9.50 plus tax for Newport reds is nuts. The tax makes Newport reds cost near $14 per pack. Eagle 20s are $89.90 plus tax for a carton. The Illinois politicians are forcing people out of the state once again.
