Waited over an hour past past my scheduled pick up time even after I confirmed my pick up time 3 times and my location was only 5 miles away from the Hertz location . With a bustmy 3 year old and running late for work .
Customer service was excellent.
We called ahead to make sure the vehicle we reserved would be there, and to make sure they knew we were coming. When we arrived the only model they had available was a more expensive model. We had jet lag and had just paid a large cab fare to get to this location so we just went along with what was available. The staff was friendly, but the manager (seemed to be the manager) did make sure the woman who was working with us knew we'd have to pay the difference in the rental before he left. The vehicle we rented was nice, but as I say, more expensive than what we had reserved and what I called ahead to check on.
Guys working the desk were fast & efficient! Totally appreciated the Lyft back to the Marina our boat was at. Smart way to compete against Enterprise IMO!
This place was OUTSTANDING! Great customer service. The manager was very accommodating! Let me explain. I rented a mini van for our summer vacation to Florida. Upon receiving the vehicle, I noticed a small chip at the top of the windshield. Fast forward 7 days later...the Florida heat had extended the crack completely across the entire windshield. Prepared to pay out of pocket, the manager simply stated...no worries well take care of the cost to replace the windshield. Now thats customer satisfaction at its best!
