The individual I worked with for pick up and drop off was fantastic. He was kind and explained everything. I had emailed with the manager prior to my reservation, and she wasn't very helpful - I considered going to a different location, but stayed here just because it was the best location for me to pick up from.
Great customer service in this location. Chris and everyone there took great care of my rental needs. My rental was clean, great condition, and really nice looking. My pickup service was not a long wait at all. I was quite pleased with their special attention given, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a rental.
The staff at Enterprise South Holland is always extremely pleasant. They make the process of renting a car easy and smooth. I have rented from them twice now and each time I placed my reservation and picked up my car same day without any problems. I will defiantly continue to rent cars from this location in the future.
First time renting a car. Never drove so far in my life. Taking my siblings to Arkansas for our Dads memorial service. Made it safely, Round trip. Chris Howard Assistant Manager made a unpleasant situation a great experience. They picked me up to get my rental. Dropped me off to my car when I returned. Everyone was very pleasant, professional in a timely manner. Chris even remembered the purpose of my trip. Asked if everything went well. I appreciated that a lot. They greet you at the door. They open doors for you. They say have a good day. I love great Customer service. The employee who dropped me off to my car. Waited for me to get in safely. Man I love these guys. Chris checked my rental, at the same time the young lady at the counter explained that she would return my 50.00 dollar holding fee. I was in and out in about 5 to 10 mins top. Thank you ENTERPRISE. Very satisfied Customer.
This was a perfect last-minute decision to rent a car. I was pleasantly surprised with a 2019 car with 2037 miles on it. Everyone was more than courteous and very informative. Enterprise is our new best friend. We occasionally have need of a second car and this is a better alternative to buying a car. Thanks Enterprise.
