WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS! Well I was going to try this place out tonight but it didn't work out. I walked in a little before closing time & the cashier was clearly aggravated with my presence being that it was a few minutes until 9. I looked at the menu for a few seconds and just as I turned to place my order she walked away to lock the door without saying anything at all. When she returned she had a stank face & said what do you want. I then said dont you mean can you take my order or how can you help me? She gave me her stank face again rolled her eyes and repeated herself...What do you want? I said nothing & walked out & went to Kenny's Ribs in Lansing. There i was greeted with a warm smile & excellent customer service not to mention delicious food. All i can say is everything happens for a reason.
First Time Customer The Food Is Amazing The Staff Is Courteous And The Establishment Is So Well Kept.I Ordered The Suzy Q Saturday I Didn't Make It Out Of The Parking Lot.I Went Back In And Ordered The Turkey Hot Links They Are Mouthwatering Good.Ive Been To Several Different Establishments Around The Area And Kirk's Beats Them All Hands Down.To The Staff Thank You Again And Keep Up The Amazing Work.
This place has been here for a hot minute so I ordered a mini tip but was so mad there was absolutely no sauce on any of my food. Was I suppose to order sauce for an extra charge . . . ? I was sad to see that a good food place nearby my house has declined. The fries were edible but dry with no seasoning nor sauce so ugh just real disappointed in the decline in quality.
Our order was Fantastic! Their sauce was delicious and the meat was so tender. Can't wait to order other items on the menu next time. Saw them on Chicago's Best and had to try it out.
Great BBQ. A little overpriced for portions in my opinion. Sauce had an excellent flavor. I had a link & tip combo. Tips were excellent, link was average. Order the tips! Staff was helpful & friendly.
