The Village of South Holland has gone through great efforts to make make history accessable to all in the community. They have an excellent and hard working historical society dedicated to preserving and acquiring educational pieces.

Great hometown experience on Labor Day, offering great food, musical entertainment, and narrated tours of an antique family farm, craft fair exhibits and very friendly people. Mr. William Paarlberg, a descendant of the "Widow Paarlberg" always attends and can answer your historical questions regarding South Holland.
