Alana updated my dot info but while doing so, she had to stop wut she was doing to have a conversation with her co worker about how much each other gets paid. Took 20 minutes while standing at the desk. In general it only takes 5 minutes.
Certain ppl are nice .Some are just mean...2nd time visting and no issues ...
I dont understand the low rating. For a DMV, I was in and out! This was my first time coming to this location too. Also, each employee I interacted with was polite and helpful. I will definitely try this location again.
My husband and I came in so he could take his cdl test. I don't doubt that other people may have had bad experiences. However the ladies we dealt with were extremely courteous and professional. Sherrie was very sweet and went out her way to be helpful. At the time of our visit there was a lot of people, but the 8 ladies working were very professional and worked efficiently to tend to everyone. Best experience in a DMV location ever.
I would like to rated this place with 5 stars. There working normal people and they doing their best to helping other people out . Friendly helpful people . I been siting there almost half day because of my commercial DL and did not see anything like people posting about . Personal staff working good no frustration to customer. I dont really understand what people to expect that they giving such a bad rating for this place . People be patient a little bit and everything else will be just fine .
