Great staff
When I returned to Illinois almost 5 years ago from Atlanta. This Library Staff is very warm and kind. I have participated in workshop, day trips, book club and the youth activities for my grandchildren! The effort and detail they put in their events are wonderful! I love my library and the staff. Oh, they have a new elevator! I met new friends there! Go visit this library weekly and you will enjoy!
I'm been an active library patron in the various cities I've lived . This library has friendly and helpful staff. I also appreciate that they have a higher than usual number of African-American themed audiobooks on-site, so I can find something I want and start listening on the way home instead of having to order it from another library and wait for arrival!
This library used to be so quiet and clean. Even the people at the ask desk is loud. The women's washroom is always fifthy. Young people have no respect for the library. Cell phones going off like crazy. People talking loud while on the phone or just talking to each other!!!!!. It's posted be aware of thieves!!! Library has gone way, way down. Customer service is still nice and friendly.12/8 clean that stanky bathroom up and tone down the noise!
The staff is warm, friendly, and helpful the library it self is very educational for adults as well as it is for children. thank you South Holland Library.
