They change the rules for the day pass everytime i go there one day its ok for me to go by myself then another i have to be 16 or older and with my parents. Plz get this together south holland
Staff was unwelcoming and unorganized. My guests who attended our program was very uncomfortable with how the staff spoke with them and talked to them. My guests kept having staff tell them to go inside of the assigned room, after they had already told them to go out and stand in the hallway because there were no chairs in the room. This happened twice. Hopefully they consider customer service, policy and protocol training for the staff so that everyone is able to deal appropriately with the public and all be on the same page.
I have never been watched like I was doing something wrong. That were Not accommodating and I felt like they didnt want our business. A beautiful day they Tried to Destroy. But GOD! Didnt let that happen. I am praying for this location to have people that Love People to be in security, front desk, management and maintenance.
Guests could not socialize on the property. If you arent in your assigned room, then dont attempt to have conversations in the hallway or parking lot. Basically get in & get out. Definitely would not recommend this venue for any social events
My recent experience with this facility has TRULY been tarnished. I've experienced every emotion you could think of; from happiness to disappointment! Specifically, due to my interactions with the staff members from the facility rental department, and the receptionist at the front desk (during the day of my event). During a time when I was looking forward to finally being able to celebrate the coming of my baby (original baby shower date was cancelled due to an emergency delivery), everything was ruined. From the time of securing the rental room (1st inquiring by phone) to the day of the celebration, my long awaited memories of excitement was ruined by the inconsistency of how the staff handled things, as well as the way they spoke to us. Even though there are rules and guidelines that must be followed and enforced, the manner in which they were executed does not have to come across sarcastic, rude, and unsympathetic. When working with the public, you should be much more pleasant with people. This experience has indeed left me viewing this facility in such a negative way. And as I read the reviews of others, I see that I am not the only one that felt this way. This is something I strongly consider the Director to review and see how things can be improved. I don't remember things being this way 6 years ago. I NEVER imaged that I would experience one of the most EXCITING times of my life to turn out to be one of the most DISAPPOINTING times of my life. I am truly sadden by the outcome, and just hope that no one ever has to experience what I experienced during what was suppose to be the most exciting time of my life.
