Each time, Tim took the time and patience to explain to me in Laymans terms what the issues were and his plans to repair my vehicle. Tim truly is knowledgeable, and does a fantastic job, and goes above and beyond to ensure the best service possible . Tim's service is second to none! He is a true craftsman that values and enjoys his work. I can't say enough about my experiences, they are simply wonderful and something treasured. Tim does a fantastic job, and he is very kind. His quality of work is impressive! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. I will absolutely go back to his shop in the future if I need to. I highly recommend this place.
1-3-14I was referred to Tims Auto Repair by my auto dealership in 2012 with my first repair job. I had never been in an accident before and I was a nervous wreck. Tims demeanor was professional, courteous and calming. Tims work on my VW Passat was immaculate and fast. I was so pleased!! Later in that same year my VW Passat was hit again, I couldnt believe it. So of course I went back to Tims Auto Repair. Same as before Tim was professional, courteous, calming, immaculate, and fast. As I was driving off this time, I told Tim it was good seeing him, but I hoped not to see him anymore in 2012. As fate would have it I was back at Tims Auto Repair shop last week. This time it was with my daughter and her brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra. All I can say is if you or your family members are in an accident, if your car is an older model or a brand new model, TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO TIMS FOR GREAT REPAIRS AND OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
