Friendly staff and fast service (Drive Thru).
I ordered a simple sandwich, ONLY turkey and lettuce. Half sandwich and a small drink. I waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru and the cashier told me they had to remake my sandwich and apologized for the wait. No big deal. I get my food and when I open it up when I get home it was only turkey and mustard. They did throw in a cookie for my wait but I cannot believe they remade the sandwich and STILL could not get it right.
I like Panera, unfortunately this location is always slow...As long as you are patient, and don't mind the wait, it's a good place to go
My GO TO place for the hour and a half I have bet6jobs and picking up the kids. I love to do my homework there, the employees are nice and knowledgeable about what's in season and what's good and always seem to be in a good mood, high spirited for a restaurant but I also learned what the founder's mission is with its employees so it is expected. Panera is my "me time"place....well one of them......sorry I didn't get a pic inside the place, I happened to snap pictures in the car
On several occasions they were out of menu items. I visited last week and ordered two different beverages. I asked which was the caramel and which was the mocha. the cashier replied she didn't know because she didn't make them. Today they were out of an item so I changed my order once again and i also ordered a beverage and when I received it the cup was less than1/2 way filled. The beverage was also disgusting
